This is a replacement soft top for the Carrera 4 911-993 produced in German Classic Sonnenland® to exacting standards using CNC cutting technology and comes with green plastic window to replicate the OEM part.
We generally stock the original colours offered by Porsche however if you would like something custom made in a different colour or material please get in touch with us and will endeavour to help.
Body style 993 – Hand rolled binding is as original, the top has a green plastic window and headliner zipper attachment.
Please allow approximately 10 hours for the installation. This part is NOT recommended for DIY installation and we therefore strongly recommend professional installation from one of our authorised installers. Step-by-step instruction are not included with this item.
Formerly specified over many decades in OEM applications the German Classic Sonnenland® is the material of choice for classic European cars with an acrylic / polyester facing, rubber inner-layer, and cotton backing. It was used by brands such as BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes and Porsche from 1955 to 1998.
The PVC used for the plastic window is a 40-gauge Regalite B.U.V. Ultralight plastic, which offers superior resistance to Australian UV light and scratches caused by washing and soft top use.
