This is a replacement soft top for the Boxster 981 & 718 produced in Haartz German A5 Sonnenland® to exacting standards using CNC cutting technology and comes with glass window & demister to replicate the OEM part.
We generally stock the original colours offered by Porsche however if you would like something custom made in a different colour or material please get in touch with us and will endeavour to help.
The glass window is flush mounted into the soft top for a seamless look.
Please allow approximately 12 hours for the installation. This part is NOT recommended for DIY installation and we therefore strongly recommend professional installation from one of our authorised installers. Step-by-step instruction are not included with this item.
This was the gold standard Sonnenland® material Haartz offered for modern European cars. It has an acrylic twill weave facing, rubber inner-layer, and polyester dobby backing. The thickness is 1.35mm and carries the hallmark chequer weave pattern on the back.
The glass used for the window is fully DOT compliant toughened safety glass that meets Australian Standards for automotive use. It is designed for maximum strength but if impacted will break into small safe pieces.
