This is a replacement plastic window only for the 220S, 220SE produced in Haartz Twillfast II Canvas to exacting standards using CNC cutting technology with zipper & exposed trim along bottom edge, clear window to replicate the OEM part.
We generally stock the original colours offered by Mercedes however if you would like something custom made in a different colour or material please get in touch with us and will endeavour to help.
Allow approximately 1 hours for the installation. There is no installation guide included, we therefore recommend professional installation from one of our authorised installers. That said, many of our customers have installed their own parts and been happy with the result. It depends largely on your patience and level of practical experience.
Twillfast II® offers a twill weave facing, elastomer inner-layer, and black or tan cotton dobby backing. Thickness is 1.3mm. It carries the hallmark chequer weave on the back.
The PVC used for the plastic window is a 40-gauge Regalite B.U.V. Ultralight plastic, which offers superior resistance to Australian UV light and scratches caused by washing and soft top use.
