This is a replacement soft top front Targa section for the 3 Series, Baur E30 produced in German Classic Sonnenland® to exacting standards using CNC cutting technology and comes with front section only (1.5 yards of material special Haartz Targa material) to replicate the OEM part.
We generally stock the original colours offered by BMW however if you would like something custom made in a different colour or material please get in touch with us and will endeavour to help.
Please note this is the front Targa section only.
Allow approximately 4 hours for the installation. There is no installation guide included, we therefore recommend professional installation from one of our authorised installers. That said, many of our customers have installed their own parts and been happy with the result. It depends largely on your patience and level of practical experience.
Formerly specified over many decades in OEM applications the German Classic Sonnenland® is the material of choice for classic European cars with an acrylic / polyester facing, rubber inner-layer, and cotton backing. It was used by brands such as BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes and Porsche from 1955 to 1998.
