At Prestige Soft Tops we stock an extensive range of over 200 products locally and over 400 products stocked in our US warehouse, we do our best to have your choice of product in stock at all times however if we don't, just ask to be notified and let you know when it's back in stock.

Most of our items ship out the next day by express road courier for Domestic customers and UPS Expedited for International customers. For our domestic customers, we use a variety of trusted express domestic couriers to get deliveries to our customers as fast as possible. Delivery times to Melbourne, Sydney, and Canberra metropolitan areas are usually 2 days. Deliveries to Perth, Brisbane, and Darwin are typically 5 days. Hobart requires 6 days for a typical delivery. It should be noted that remote parts of Australia can take up to 10 days for delivery.

We offer a next day service for those emergency situations providing bookings are made before 3:00pm. Please contact us by phone for a quote.

For our international customers, shipping times will vary depending on location however 99% are delivered within 7 days. Please note GST will not be charged for international customers and is removed in the shopping cart at checkout.

Returns Policy

At Prestige Soft Tops we understand that things don't always go to plan, and sometimes your new shiny soft top may have to be returned. Don't worry, we are here to help. If you have changed your mind or you purchased incorrectly, we have a return policy to help you out.

If there's a problem with your purchase, the first thing to do is to contact one of our team to discuss the matter and see how we can help. Your concern will be assessed and we'll assist with a return option under our policy outlined below.

If you have changed your mind, purchase the incorrect item, or decide you no longer need your items you may be able to return your purchase providing you comply with our 30-day Return Policy.

In order to return your items under our 30-day Return Policy, there are some conditions.

  1. The items must be returned in resellable and as new condition. Please do not install an item and then attempt to return it under this policy.

  2. The items must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in. A return label may be affixed to the package in order to sip it back to Prestige Soft Tops.

  3. The items must be received at our return address within 30-days from the date of your original purchase with us.

  4. All pieces and parts must be returned together and the soft top so it is a complete kit as supplied.

  5. The item supplied was produced as a custom item for the buyer and or is not normally stocked on our website.

Under the 30-day Return Policy, you, the buyer, are responsible for the return postage expenses. If an item is being swapped due to a fault or the incorrect item being sent by mistake, Prestige Soft Tops will organise and pay for the return and resending.

Any items returned that do not fully comply with the above conditions may be rejected and returned back to the buyer. There are some exceptions where based on prior agreement, an agreement may be made in writing or a return under special consideration.
